Location: StockholmTeam: R&DType: Full time

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll own the mechanical design of our robots - from early concepts to production-ready hardware. You'll make key decisions on materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical architecture, creating reliable solutions that perform in real-world outdoor environments.

Your work will directly contribute to automating repetitive, time-consuming tasks - supporting our mission to Transform Human Work. You'll join a multidisciplinary R&D team, working closely with electrical and software engineers who value sound engineering, clear communication, and fast iteration from prototype to field.

What You'll Do

  • Own the mechanical design of our robots - from concept through production
  • Define mechanical architecture, select materials, and make manufacturing method decisions
  • Produce detailed CAD models, drawings, and tolerance analysis in SolidWorks
  • Design sheet metal components and enclosures for outdoor robotic systems
  • Prototype, test, and iterate with real hardware
  • Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing partners
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to product quality

What You Bring

You don't need to check every box - if you feel energized by our mission, we want to hear from you.

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals
  • Hands-on prototyping and testing experience
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary engineering team

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing sheet metal parts and assemblies
  • Experience in robotics or mechatronics
  • DFM/DFA understanding
  • Experience with plastic injection molding
  • Experience taking mechanical designs from prototype to production

What We Offer

  • A friendly, multidisciplinary environment
  • Responsibility across the full hardware lifecycle
